2020 Fall After School Program

If you are interested in having your child attend the Club for the 2020 Fall After School and After School Transportation (AST) programs, please complete and submit the following updated survey.

The Board of Directors and Staff have been closely monitoring state, county & local government policy and guidance, Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, and public health officials' recommendations to make the necessary changes and implement the necessary protocols and procedures to increase our membership for the 2020 After School Program.

FREE MEAL PROGRAM
CLUB SIDE TO-GO

FREE KIDS MEALS 5 DAYS A WEEK!

- Beginning Monday, March 23rd, we will be running a temporary food program (Club Side To-Go) here at the Club. This is a FREE meal pick-up program for children ages 1-18 years old.
- We serve a lunch and the following day's breakfast Monday through Thursday.  On Friday's we serve 3 lunch meals and 3 breakfasts to get you through the weekend.  Meals are served Monday through Friday from 11:30am – 1:00pm curbside in front of our building to all children ages 1-18.
- Children do NOT have to be Club members for the free meals. Non-club members are welcomed and encouraged! Children are allowed to pick-up the meals on their own if needed.
- We ask that you please remain in your vehicle or walk up to the building and a staff member will bring your meals out to you – no visitors allowed beyond our lobby please!

Farmers to Family Food Distribution

The Boys & Girls Club of Aberdeen Area will be operating a Farmers to Family Food Program distribution point at the Brown County Fair Grounds in Aberdeen beginning Monday, July 13. This program will run every Monday from 3:30pm to 5:30pm for 8 weeks ending August 31st and is open to the public. Pickup pr ocedure:
- No entrance to the fairgrounds will be allowed off of Fairgrounds road
- You must enter through Gate F on the east side of the fairgrounds (as per the below map)
- Stay in line until you reach the distribution point
- Once you arrive at the distribution point there will be 2 lines
- Stop at the designated distribution point and open your back door or trunk and the volunteers will load your vehicle
- Once loaded please exit using gate B as indicated on the map

EACH VEHICLE WILL BE PROVIDED ONE (1) SET OF THE BELOW FOOD LIST UNTIL WE RUN OUT.  THERE ARE 400 SETS SCHEDULED FOR EACH WEEKLY DISTRIBUTION.

What is provided? Each vehicle will receive 3 boxes of food (Meat, Produce, & Dairy) and a 1/2 gallon of milk.
